          • He has advised healthcare and biotechnology companies in the United States, Europe, and internationally, completing numerous cross-border financings and strategic deals.
          • Dr. Brinkhaus previously held FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses as a registered investment banker. While not currently registered, he continues to provide strategic advisory services at the board and executive level, leveraging decades of deal experience and a global network.
          • Over the course of his career, Dr. Brinkhaus has built an extensive global network spanning leading biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, venture capital and private equity investors, and multinational healthcare corporations. His cross-border expertise enables him to connect companies with strategic and financial partners that accelerate growth and liquidity.

Dr. Franck Brinkhaus built his career in Silicon Valley, working for over a decade in investment banking focused on healthcare and life sciences. He advised biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, venture funds, and private equity investors on capital raising, M&A, and public market strategies. After resettling in Miami, he expanded his reach as both an executive and a strategic advisor, linking U.S. and international markets.
